SDI developed Chip In Glass VFD in which Grid Driving Chips are installed in order to enhance the brightness. CIG VFD connects chips on the display substrates to external electricity, controlling input and output signals by wire boding. Thanks to this inner driving device, CIG VFD requires less external-connecting pints, and brightness in existing dual/triple/multi displays can be restored.

CIG VFD Overview

CIG representing Chip in Glass has IC installed at the lower part of Filam ent Frame and the upper part of the Substrate, and wires and IC for electrical connection are connected by allum inum wires.
