Anti-Doming Print 기술

In order to prevent deterioration of CPT screen quality due to thermal deformation(Doming) by electron beam¡¯s collision on the Shadow Mask(S/M), electron beam reflection thin film is formed on the surface of S/M through which the screen quality of CPT is improved, thermal expansion rate is reduced and S/M strength is bettered. It is processed in the silk screen print coating method and the core elements are tungsten oxide, low melting point glass, etc.
In this technology, the merit is the maintenance of transmission since the hole through which electron beam passes is more cleanly treated than in the existing spray method. Another advantage is the betterment of S/M strength for low melting point glass is dissolved and attached to the S/M.
