The report is a product of two points of view; the views of the stakeholders and Samsung SDI which they wish to present to the other.
Contents of the Report were decided based on voices of stakeholders, Samsung SDI strategies and sustainability goals, and social expectations regarding sustainability. When a certain story is described, we thought deeply about who would be most affected and what impact they will exchange.
We conducted a survey to listen comprehensive voices of customers in 2007. Stakeholder survey procedure is detailed in opening the sustainability report 2007.

Samsung SDI endeavors to publish a report in a more transparent and effective process. The reporting process has been standardized and improved continuously. Our concern in the reporting process is to meet and talk with more stakeholders and make the report more accessible to more people.
After internal review, the report was validated by a 3rd party selected via an interview procedure and has been proven to have no interest or any affiliation with the company. This is to ensure that the contents of the report are honest and correct.
