SDI adapts annual wage system for the newly recruited university graduates, and monthly wage system for high school graduates.


Annual Wage Monthly Wage Basic salary (Standardized common salary by the level of the position)
Payment according to one¡¯s ability
(Basic pay according to ability+Individual Incentives)
Traveling reimbursement: New Year¡¯s Day/Thanksgiving (100% of basic bonus)
Special reconciliation + Self-development expenses
Incentives Collective incentives (PI, PS, and etc)


Monthly Wage Basic salary + Self-development expenses + Extra expenses
Supplementary Wage Regular bonus (1st and 2nd half)
