In terms of housing, we provide houseless employees with support system to assist them in purchasing their houses.

Health

There are specialized indoor/outdoor gymnasiums operated in each plant to help the employed stay healthy. Employees
can be given with medical expenses for themselves and their spouses in case of diseases, injuries, and childbirth.
Especially for those who suffer from dieses requiring high medical fees such as heart diseases or leukemia we
positively support so that they can concentrate on their treatment.
Every member of Samsung SDI takes physical examination every year, and employees working at places of hazardous
environment are required to take special physical examination on noise, dust, and specific chemicals.
There established hospitals in affiliation, protective institutions, and physical therapy clinic in each corporation
sparing no efforts in curing patients, prescription, consultation & post-control regarding the result of the physical
examination, and operating diversified examinations, and medical consultation.

Education

We contribute to support the educational expenditure for the employees¡¯ children with Internal Welfare Fund,
in especial, it provides full amount of the school expenses for the handicapped. Employees can take childcare leave
if needed. We opened Kids¡¯ Class and Child Rugby Class in order for the children to understand their parents and
their company.

Leisure

Since our company owns membership of condominiums and resort houses nationwide, we supply employees and their
family with quality leisure time. We run personal pension system so as to support all the members in leading stable
life of their old age living, and tax & legal consultation offices to deal with civil affairs instantly.
