In the electron gun material process of SDI, produce various solution including triple carbonate powder, triple carbonate solution(TCS) and electro-deposition solution as well as dipping solution for CRT electron guns. The triple carbonate powder is white, needle-shaped particles co-precipitated with a regular ratio of BaCO3, CaCO3, SrCO3 and dispersed in lacquer (TCS) to coat the cathode of electron guns, playing a major role in emitting electrons.The electro-deposition solution and dipping solution are materials coated on the heater which is inserted into the cathode of electron guns. When they are applied with a certain degree of voltage, the temperature is rising to generate heat which dissolves and activates the TCS of the cathode, and to emit electrons.
